C&W has had a long history of providing dust collection equipment to the foundry industry.  In the roaring 90’s, C&W provided large baghouses and cartridge collectors to many Grede Foundry plants, i.e. Reedsburg, Iron Mountain (Kingsford), Wichita (KS), and Greenwood.  In 1997-1998, C&W and Steelcraft Corporation agreed to the multi-million expansion of Grede-St. Cloud (MN) facility.  Six to eight 500 to 800 bag units were sent to St. Cloud and installed under Steelcraft supervision.

C&W has provided other foundries with dust collection:  Richland Center, Citation, Aarrowcast, Stainless Foundy, etc.  In the past two years, C&W has helped Aarrowcast clean up their cleaning room with over 280,000 CFM of cartridge dust collection.  Five (5) large AAF 4RC96 units have brought Aarrowcast into compliance.  American Air Filter units have also been installed at Amcast and Stainless Foundries.

Rotolok Conveying Diverters

ARotolok conveying diverters keep the truck-loading system operating. When a semi-truck is full, a simple switch of the diverter valve allows many plants to continue to run. The product flow is diverted to a second semi-truck, silo, or wood boiler. The valve is a critical but very simple part of the system.
